Saltwater livestock with no shipping charges

Hello there,
me and my wife are planning to get a 50 gallon saltwater aquarium tank for our home and so I would like to ask where we can get saltwater livestock with no shipping charges. My friend at work suggested someone but when I went to look they seemed to have gone out of business.
We've also been looking at the different types of saltwater aquariums, SeaClear in particular, so another question I have is what type should we go for? Acrylic or glass? I know there's a whole lot we need to learn about aquariums but it's been our little dream for a couple of years now to get an aquarium so if anyone on here can help us out I would appreciate it.
But still if anyone could just answer me where we can get saltwater livestock with no shipping charges that would be great too.
